There is correspondence concerning building the Safford First National Bank in 1956; meeting notes, brochures, and clippings from the Arizona U.S. Highway 70 Association; correspondence and minutes of the Arizona Historical Advisory Committee, 1967-1969; Arizona Historical Society convention brochures, pamphlets, and newsletters; campaign literature and political propaganda (F.21-22), 1948-1956; memories of life in Nutrioso, Arizona collected in 1973 and 1980; Safford, Arizona history including "Highlights of the Past, Safford, Arizona"; a "History of Safford First Ward Centennial Year, 1884-1984"; correspondence and a church sermon for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints; copies of "Journal of Graham County Historical Society', "Salute to the Command," and a great deal of material, mostly reports, about Central Arizona Project, reclamation, flooding, the Gila River flood control and irrigation, and water planning.
